Holly H. Agra
Holly Agra is President of Chicago's First Lady Cruises, the official partner of the Chicago Architecture Foundation River Cruises and provider of unique venues for upscale private parties. Ms. Agra serves on the Executive Committee of the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association, has been actively involved in the Chicago Convention and Visitor Bureau, and is Treasurer of Visit Illinois. She also serves on the Paris Sister Cities Committee, and is a member of the Pathways Medical Foundation Board of Directors. Ms. Agra's fundraising work includes the AIDS Foundation of Chicago, Ronald McDonald House, Wellness Place and the Bhare Foundation for Autism Research. Her interest in eye banking is the result of an eye injury during childhood from which she successfully recovered. She and her husband Bob and have two sons.

Beverly D. Blettner
Beverly Blettner has played a pivotal role in the Illinois Eye-Bank's Gift of Sight Gala, serving as its Co-Chair since 1999. Ms. Blettner has also been involved in the Chicago Historical Society, and has served on the English Speaking Union's Board of Directors. Her other fundraising work has included the Goodman Theatre, the Cancer Society, the Gold Medallion Ball, the Literacy Ball and the Vision of Light Gala.

Gerald D. Bouey
Gerry Bouey began his banking career in 1971, holding several key management positions, and currently serves as Director of Quality and Development at Bank One Securities Corporation. He is a cornea transplant recipient, an Illinois Eye-Bank Ambassador, and also serves on the Midwest Eye-Banks Board of Directors. Mr. Bouey and his wife, Sharon, reside in Plainfield and have four children.

Randy Epstein, M.D.
Dr. Epstein is a noted corneal surgeon and ophthalmologist with private practices in Highland Park and at St. Alexius Medical Center and Rush-Presbyterian Hospital. He has co-chaired the Illinois Eye-Bank's annual Golf Outing since 1998. Dr. Epstein resides in Northbrook.

Cornelia (Connie) Farmer
Attorney Connie Farmer has practiced law in several states. Her legal experience includes an appellate clerkship, practice with large and small lawfirms, teaching graduate courses in land use and environmental law, and serving as a land use hearings official. Ms. Farmer is also trained as a city planner. She volunteers her expertise to mediate disputes and issues involving children and education. She resides in Chicago with her husband, Paul.

James Feinstein
Jim Feinstein is Vice President for TLCVision Corporation. He provides business leadership to the North Central region, including overall P&L responsibility, physician agreement negotiations and practice mergers and acquisitions. Feinstein began his career with TLCVision in 2003 as Regional Marketing Director and was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2004. He began his refractive surgery career in 1993 with the Illinois Cornea Center. From 1994-2002, he held a variety of marketing and management roles within the private practice environment. Prior to joining TLCVision, he provided practice management and marketing consulting services to LaserVision Centers, Inc and the ophthalmology industry. Additionally, he served as the Medical Web Editor for the International Society of Refractive Surgery, and was published regularly. Feinstein has been a member of the Illinois Eye Bank’s Advisory Council since 1996.

Peter J. Latz
Peter Latz is a Chicago attorney whose specialties include estate planning, trust administration, estate administration, taxation and real estate. He represents individuals and institutions in handling all aspects of trust and estate administration. Before forming his own law firm in 1989, Peter worked in the fiduciary tax department and estate settlement division of the First National Bank of Chicago. He also served as a trust officer for First United Trust Company, and has been an instructor at the American Institute of Banking. Peter also serves on the Illinois Eye-Bank's Advisory Council, and is a Board member for the Illinois Society for the Prevention of Blindness.

Bill Zwecker
Bill Zwecker is an entertainment reporter, covering the globe with the latest news about celebrities for the Chicago Sun-Times, WMAQ-TV/NBC, and WTMX-FM. Bill has twice been awarded Chicago’s highest journalism accolade, the Peter Lisagor Award. In addition to his career as a journalist, Bill donates much of his time to numerous charitable organizations. In 2000, Bill was named the Illinois Eye-Bank’s Man of Vision, an award honoring outstanding individuals with a commitment to public service.

Charles J. Pivoney
Charles Pivoney is Vice President, Illinois Operations for Midwest Eye-Banks. He is responsible for planning, directing and evaluating administrative and clinical activities of the Eye-Bank’s Illinois divisions in Chicago and Bloomington. Mr. Pivoney began his career in eye banking 23 years ago as a Technical Coordinator for the Illinois Eye-Bank with the Illinois Society for the Prevention of Blindness. Since that time, he has held key management positions, including Laboratory Supervisor and Administrator. He has served on the Board and several Eye Bank Association of America (EBAA) committees, and he became a Certified Eye Bank Technician (CEBT) in 1984. Charles and his wife, Mary Jo, reside in Tinley Park and have four children.

Kristen E. McCoy
Kristen McCoy has been with the Illinois Eye-Bank since 1996, and has served as its Laboratory Manager since 1999. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Kristen has been directly involved in managing the Eye-Bank’s annual Golf Outing, and in developing the event into a highly successful fundraiser. Her direct experience with the Eye-Bank’s clinical operations and community involvement make her a valued member of the Illinois Advisory Council.
